The documentary Sound City premieres at the ArcLight Hollywood tonight!  Stars from the movie (Dave Grohl, John Fogerty, Stevie Nicks, Rick Springfield, Krist Novoselic, Chris Shiflett, Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear & other rockers) and the filmmakers are scheduled to start walking the red carpet at 6:00 p.m.  If you're planning on attending to spot celebrities as they arrive, I highly recommend arriving early.

The 28th Annual Twilight Concert Series wraps up another year of free outdoor concerts at the Santa Monica Pier tonight from 7-10 PM!  Indie rock band Best Coast and pop/rock band NO headline tonight!  The concert is outdoors, so you may want to bring a blanket, jacket, beach chair, etc.
