March 21, 2013 - The Funk Brothers are being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this morning

Motown musicians The Funk Brothers (Jack Ashford, Joe Messina & Eddie "Chank" Willis) are being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 11:30 a.m. today!  Musicians Stevie Wonder, Ray Parker, Jr. and songwriter & music producer William "Mickey" Stevenson will be the guest speakers at the ceremony.  

 If you can't make it down, the ceremony will be streaming live at the Hollywood Walk of Fame website.

December 2, 2012 - The Mariachi Divas are performing at CityWalk tonight

September 27, 2012 - Ann and Nancy Wilson sign their new book at The Grove tonight

Both Ann and Nancy Wilson of the rock duo Heart are stopping by Barnes & Noble at The Grove to sign their new book Kicking and Dreaming: A Story of Heart, Soul, and Rock and Roll at 7:00 PM!  Fans who purchase the book, may also pre-order Heart's new CD Fanatic and they'll be given a poster that can also be signed.
 
This is a wristbanded event, so you'll want to buy the book once the doors at Barnes & Noble open at 9:00 AM to ensure getting your book signed when Ann and Nancy Wilson arrive at 7:00 PM.  If you can't be at Barnes & Noble when they open, please call and make sure wristbands are still available before you head over.

Country singer Vince Gill is being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today at 11:30 AM!  Vince's wife Amy Grant will also be a guest speaker at the ceremony.  This event is taking place at 6901 Hollywood Boulevard (in front of the Hollywood & Highland Center) and directions can be found here.

You can park at the Hollywood & Highland Center for 4 hours for $2.00 after validation (which you can get at the information center without having to purchase anything).

May 12, 2012 - Overtone have a free concert at CityWalk tonight
