The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Bram Stoker's Dracula with a screening and question and answer session with crew members at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater tonight at 7:30 PM!

The question and answer session will feature the following crew members, Academy Award-winning Makeup Artists Greg Cannom, Michèle Burke and Matthew W. Mungle, as well as Academy Award-winning Special Effects Sound Editors Tom C. McCarthy and David E. Stone.  The question and answer session will also be moderated by Variety's David S. Cohen.

Tickets are only $5.00 on The Academy of Mother Pictures Arts and Sciences website, however, Goldstar has tickets available for only $2.00 after service fees.

October 25, 2012 - Discounted tickets now on sale for The Twilight Saga Official Convention on 11/3 & 11/4 in Burbank

Discounted tickets are now available for The Twilight Saga Official Convention taking place November 3rd and 4th in Burbank!  Several cast members will be attending, in addition to question and answer sessions, costume and prop displays, special events, merchandise and everything else Twilight! 

Stars confirmed as appearing include the following: Peter Facinelli (on Saturday), Gil Birmingham (on Sunday), Charlie Bewley (on Saturday), Alex Meraz (on Sunday), Booboo Stewart (scheduled for both days), Tinsel Korey (on Saturday), Casey LaBow (on Sunday), Julia Jones (on Saturday) and Bronson Pelletier (on Sunday).

August 15, 2012 - Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Stranger: The Science of Hollywood Superheroes panel in Beverly Hills tonight

The Physics of Hollywood Movies author Adam Weiner is hosting Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Stranger: The Science of Hollywood Superheroes tonight at 7:30 PM!  General admission is $5.00, but tickets are only $2.00 after service fees here.  The panel will be shown clips from various superhero films and then discuss the science behind the characters and scenes.  The panel includes:

• Visual effects artist Spencer Cook who worked on Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man 3 and Blade.

• Zack Stentz who wrote the screenplays for Thor and X-Men: First Class.

•  Scientists E. Paul Zehr and Sean B. Carroll (who was also an advisor on Thor) will also be on the panel giving their insight.

Who says you can't buy anything for 25-cents anymore?  Grauman's Chinese Theatre is celebrating their 85th birthday with 25-cent tickets to select classic movies on Mondays!  The first screening will be on April 23rd at 7:00 PM, for the 1961 movie Breakfast at Tiffany's starring Aubrey Hepburn.  Tickets for this special screening go on sale today at 12:00 p.m. at the box office or online here.  There is a limit of 10 tickets per person.

March 7, 2012 - Cheap tickets to Two and a Half Men & Bones panels at PaleyFest 2012

I've heard quite a few people complain about the prices for this year's annual PaleyFest.  I found a couple last minute deals that might make you change your mind!  Details on the Two and a Half Men and Bones panels:

Two and a Half Men's creator Chuck Lorre and stars Jon Cryer, Ashton Kutcher, Angus T. Jones, Concheta Ferrell and Holland Taylor will all be in attendance discussing the show on March 12th at 7:00 PM!  After service fees, tickets in the balcony are $6.00 (originally $25.00 plus fees) and upper balcony tickets are $5.75 (originally $15.00).  Tickets can be purchased here.
