The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have been getting you ready for Halloween all month long and they have one final classic from Universal's Legacy of Horror tonight at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater!
The 1925 silent film The Phantom of the Opera screens tonight starting at 7:30 PM! 103-year-old Carla Laemmle (who dances as Prima Ballerina in the film and niece of Carl Laemmle), Ron Chaney (grandson of star Lon Chaney) and film historian/producer/director/writer Kevin Brownlow are all scheduled to be in attendance!
Tickets for this special event are are now on sale for only $5.00 and can be purchased here with no service fees. Tickets can be printed out or picked up at the will call window once you arrive.
The Samuel Goldwyn Theater is located at 8949 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills and directions can be found here.
