Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Tristan MacManus is stopping by The Grove to meet fans and talk about the new season with Extra!  The interview will be taking place at 1:30 p.m. next to the Pacific Theatres at The Grove.

Disclaimer:  I enjoy posting these celebrity appearances at The Grove, however, lately I've seriously considered not posting them any longer.  Extra often tweets or posts these appearances on their website, people show up (sometimes driving hours), only to find out the celebrity was rescheduled or they decided to make it a private interview at the last minute.  This often results in a headache for the fans and I.

Most of the time Extra doesn't update their website to mention the appearances being changed.  The rare times Extra has mentioned a schedule change, I haven't been online to make mention of it.  So many times I get online to find messages from disappointed fans showing up at these apperances.

For now, I'll continue posting these appearances.  I'd strongly caution anyone planning on attending and ask that they double check by calling (323) 900-8080 before wasting their time driving over for nothing.   

June 2, 2012 - Free pro wrestling clinic and show in Sun Valley today

There's a free pro wrestling clinic and show being put on by KnokX today from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM!  If you've ever dreamed of being a pro wrestler, there will be a free seminar (bring your workout clothes) hosted by former WWE superstars Rikishi, Gangrel and they'll be joined by Black Pearl!  See if you have what it takes to get in the business, by being evaluated by 3 experienced veterans.

Doors to the free pro wrestling show open at 2:30 PM and the show starts at 3:00 PM.  In addition to hosting the clinic earlier, Rikishi, Gangrel and Black Pearl will also be wrestling on the show!  Arrive early, as seating is limited.
