Golden Apple Comics is celebrating the upcoming movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation with "Americana Day" today at the store from 12-2 PM! This is a free event, so arrive early as many are expected to attend. The event features the following:
- G.I. Joe: Retaliation star Elodie Yung (who plays Jinx in the film) will be meeting fans and signing free autographs!
- Carl's Jr. will be on hand serving free Western Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries and soft drinks!
- Marinello Schools of Beauty will be giving fans free camouflage manicures and makeup!
- Free prizes will be available from the movie.
- The first 100 fans to arrive will receive a free Americana Italian Ice from Mustache Mike's.
- Madame Tussauds will have a life-size wax figure of actor and WWE Champion Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson that fans will be able to pose for photos with!
- Fans will be able to test their shooting skills with free paintball target practice, courtesy of Paintball USA!
- Our friends at Power 106 will be on hand playing music and doing giveaways!
- You'll have an opportunity to write a letter to our brave troops courtesy of Operation Gratitude!
- Golden Apple Comics will also have 20% off all merchandise in the store!
