The Music Spotlight Series kicks off tonight with rapper Roshon Fegan and rocker Chelsea Williams hitting the stage at Universal Studios CityWalk Hollywood to perform a free concert for fans tonight!  The concert is taking place from 7-10 p.m. at CityWalk's 5 Towers Concert Venue.  In addition to being free, this concert is also outdoors, so dress warm.
