Matt Groening is celebrating the 500th episode of
The Simpsons by getting his star on the
Walk of Fame. In addition to creating
The Simpsons,
Matt Groening also created
Futurama and
Life in Hell. Guest speakers at the ceremony are
Hank Azaria (who voices
Moe Szyslak, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, Chief Wiggum, Comic Book Guy, Carl Carlson and others on
The Simpsons),
Nancy Cartwright (who voices
Bart Simpson) and
Yeardley Smith (who voices
Lisa Simpson).
The ceremony starts at 11:30 a.m. at 7021 Hollywood Boulevard (on the corner of Sycamore) and directions can be found
